Position: Piercing Apprentice 

We are looking for a motivated and professional Piercing Apprentice to join our studio team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the body piercing industry, jewelry, customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced piercers in performing body piercings while adhering to strict sanitation and safety protocols
• Prepare piercing stations with sterilized tools and ensure all equipment meets health standards
• Educate clients on aftercare procedures, jewelry options, and safety precautions
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following sanitation guidelines diligently
• Support store operations by managing inventory of jewelry and supplies
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and creating a welcoming environment
• Participate in ongoing training sessions covering tattooing basics, color theory, and illustration techniques relevant to body art

Qualifications

• Strong interest in jewelry
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain procedures clearly and confidently
• Basic knowledge of sanitation practices and a commitment to maintaining a sterile environment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety standards rigorously
• Willingness to learn store management tasks including inventory control and customer relations
• First aid certification or willingness to obtain one is highly desirable
• Prior experience in customer service or sales

Jewelry Stylist ; Welding & Sales 

 

Qualifications: 

2+ years of customer service experience in retailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentOrganization and follow-throughFast learner

 

Mission: create a memorable & engaging customer experience and solidify this experience by welding our chains onto our customers. You will expertly guide clients through their experience to create their unique style. Working closely with the Piercing team, you will ensure that every client’s journey is seamless from beginning to end. The ideal stylist is passionate about jewellery and jewellery trends, enjoys working one-on-one with customers and thrives in a high-paced sales environment.

Welding 

• As a leader in your field, you will consistently deliver an experience aligned with all our experiential retail pillars - Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, Inspiration & Innovative
• Provide welding services in store including, but not limited to, welding a bracelet around a customer's wrist
• Using the welding machine & equipment correctly and with care, and raising any issues with your line manager
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times whilst keeping up to date with current promotions and product knowledge

Sales 

•  Elevate the customer’s shopping experience through customer engagement by providing honest and confident feedback while styling the customer 
• Advising on appropriate types of jewellery and suitable combinations of piercings 
•  Directing and advising clients on pricing using iPads
•   Seeking product knowledge, this includes current trends
•  Discuss with the customer aftercare; this includes how to care for the piercing as it heals, aftercare products and follow-up with the piercer to ensure proper healing 
•  Ensure display jewellery is replenished and organized at all times 
•  Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards throughout the concession 
•  Keeping up to date with the latest health and safety procedures
•  Involvement in outside events where required
•   Achieve business sales targets
•   Keep the sales floor, including drawers and cupboards clean & tidy and clear of debris at all times 
•  Attend team meetings and training when required

Position: 

Cafe Barista

Crafting and serving beverages, especially coffee and espresso drinks, while also providing excellent customer service. They are responsible for taking orders, preparing drinks according to customer preferences, operating coffee machines and other equipment, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. 

 

 

• Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders

• Preparing and serving beverages such as drip coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea and other specialty drinks

• Preparing and serving food items such as soups, sandwiches and pastries

• Answering customers’ questions about menu choices

• Promoting and recommending menu options to customers

• Taking payment from customers

• Tracking and ordering inventory for cafe and beverage supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, napkins and cups

• Maintaining espresso machines, grinders, coffee machines and other equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting and scheduling repairs

• Keeping the work environment and cafe seating area clean, sanitary and organized

• Responding to and resolving customer concerns or complaints

• Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service

• Attracting new customers and refining the menu
