Returns
Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

Online Purchase
For purchases made on infinityjewelrylab.com, you can return your purchases online and in-store.
In-Store & Buy Online, Pickup In-Store Purchase
These orders can be returned in-store only. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. If you are unable to visit a retail location, please email info@Infinityjewelrylab.com
To Qualify for Exchanges
We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers at all of our retail locations. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.
Online Purchase
Online purchases can be exchanged in-store. We are not able to offer exchanges online at this time.
In-Store & Buy Online, Pickup In-Store Purchase
These orders can be exchanged in-store only.
Piercing Policies
- Piercing services are never refunded after service is complete.
- Jewelry used for piercings are never refunded or qualify for exchange/return ( FOR SANITIZATION PURPOSES)
- For inquiries regarding your piercing please email and we will get back to you in 1-3 business days.
Piercing Service Deposits
- Piercing deposits are never refunded
- Piercing service deposits can only be applied to the appointment date booked by the client.
- Client must reschedule or cancel appointment during the cancellation period (4 hours before appointment) to have deposit refunded.
- Rescheduling, cancellations, and bookings can only be done on website.
Infinity takes no responsibility on client piercings after they’ve been pierced. The Licensed Body Art Piercers are only responsible for piercing the client in a clean and sterilized environment, as well as informing the client of proper aftercare. The licensed professionals are always happy to help in any situation where client is having difficulties within the healing process of the piercings.
Permanent Jewelry Warranty Policy
Infinity provides a 1 year warranty on permanent jewelry- If the chain breaks
To qualify you must bring in the chain you were initially welded with. The warranty does not apply if you no longer have the same chain you were welded with. You would get this chain re-welded with us in-store.
There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for permanent jewelry.
