INFINITY PIERCING POLICIES 

RETURNS 

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.

• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included).

• No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

• Only the payment method used to purchase your returned item will be accepted to refund you.

All below items are non-returnable:

• Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment

• Gift cards

• Permanent jewelry 

• Engraved jewelry

• Charm Lab jewelry

WARRANTY POLICY (Ready To Wear Jewelry Only)

For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs.

The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Infinity.

APPOINTMENTS

Any cancellations and rescheduling must be made via email confirmation on clients end only, staff cannot cancel or reschedule appointments. 

Cancellation is permissible 24 hours ahead of time for deposit refund.

Rescheduling must also be 24 hours ahead of appointment time or else deposit is lost. 

Deposits are non-refundable

Deposits can be refunded or used on different service only  if client does not qualify for piercing based on anatomy while they are in-store

PIERCING 

• Piercing services are never refunded after service is complete.

• Jewelry used for piercings are never refunded or qualify for exchange/return ( FOR SANITIZATION PURPOSES)

• No refunds or replacements on lost or stolen jewelry 

• Manufacture issues with jewelry within 30 days qualify for replacement only; no refund

• You cannot get pierced with previous jewelry used for old piercing even if it was done with us. 

WELDING

Infinity provides a 1 year warranty on permanent jewelry- If the chain breaks

 Over a year- $10 fee for rewelding. 

• Welding chains can never be refunded or replaced. 

• To get Upsized or downsized theres a $15 fee

• Charms for welding can not be refunded or replaced 

To qualify you must bring in the chain you were initially welded with. The warranty does not apply if you no longer have the same chain you were welded with. You would get this chain re-welded with us in-store.
