Piercing Requirements
Minors under the age of 18 must bring a parent/guardian during the piercing procedure.
The following must also brought to the appointment:
-Proof of parental/legal guardian identification in the form of photo. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver's license, a passport, or state or gov. issued identification that includes the parent/ legal guardian's relationship with the minor
AND
- A copy of minor's birth certificate and/or court document verifying the parent's or legal guardian's relationship with the minor
Age Requirements
Nose: 13 years
Navel: 16 years
Rook and Daith piercings: 14 years
Cartilage, tragus, flat, conch, forward helix : 13 years
Lobe: 3 months
