PIERCING REQUIREMENTS 

If the client is a minor (Under 18 years of age) parent/guardian must be present during the time of the appointment. The parent/guardian must also bring the minor's birth certificate, the minor's photo ID, and the parent/guardian's license or state ID. 

Please keep in mind, the service price is separate from the jewelry price. Jewelry ranges from $25 & up. During the time of your appointment, you'll be given time to choose the jewelry of your choice. 

You must purchase jewelry in-store for ANY type of piercing, jewelry purchased outside is not eligible to be used for piercing. 

The deposit is non-refundable if a no-show is presumed. If cancellation is made 24 hours ahead of the appointment time you will be issued an automatic refund. 
Rescheduling and cancellations can only be done via email confirmation.
